🎯 Scope
The 7th IEEE Colombian Conference on Automatic Control (CCAC) will be held on October 14-17, 2025, in Pereira-Colombia. The CCAC is the premier biannual international conference that gathers academic and industrial researchers and practitioners to discuss state-of-the-art research, advances, and applications of control engineering to encourage technology development in Colombia and the Latin American region. The conference will cover the theory, the implementation issues, and the experiences related to the applications of control, automation, and methods in research, academia, and industry.
 
📄 Paper Submission Guidelines

The program committee invites authors to submit original papers (4 to 6 pages) written in English via the following platform:

📌 Paper Categories:
Regular papers: 4–6 pages, English
Student papers: 4–6 pages, English or Spanish
Industrial papers: 2–6 pages, English or Spanish

🛑 Submitted papers to CCAC must be original, not previously published, or accepted for publication elsewhere and must not be submitted to any other event or publisher during the entire review process. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced.

📌 Only English versions will be published in IEEE Xplore.
 
📍 Venue: Pereira, Colombia

The conference will be held at Pereira-Colombia.  As the capital of the Colombian coffee growing axis, Pereira offers a breathtaking backdrop for our gathering.  The Colombian coffee growing axis was designated as a Word Heritage site by UNESCO, offering a unique blend of history, architecture and natural splendor, providing an inspiring setting for our conference. Pereira enjoys excellent connectivity both domestically and internationally, ensuring convenient access for all participants. With well-established transportation infrastructure, including an international airport with connections to Bogotá, Panama City, Miami and New York, and divided highways to Armenia, Manizales, Cali, and Medellín.

📌 July 25, 2025 — Notification of Paper Decisions
Authors will be notified whether their paper has been accepted or rejected.

📌 August 15, 2025 — Deadline for Final Manuscript Submissions
Accepted papers must be revised and submitted in their final version.

📌 October 14, 2025 — Workshops
A full day dedicated to specialized workshops and tutorials.

📌 October 15–17, 2025 — Conference Days
The main conference sessions, including keynote speakers, paper presentations, and networking.
